  Caught some fish here, it's always fun. You can sometimes see the Gar right against the bank, really neat. It does makes me sad to see the condition surrounding the lake when it comes to vegetation. It could be a lovely place if the lakeside was trimmed a tad.   Lots of gar and carp but I like to fish for them 2 problems though grass around lake is not kept and it full of turtles

  We took the dog for a walk around the lake, very disappointed in St.Charles city the grass/weeds are so tall could barely see the lake,the benches was covered in weeds. I have to say St. Peters 370 lake is well maintained, St.Charles needs to step up!
