  Nice park for starters. Small children would have a nice time. Advanced boarders may get bored. It resides in a community in Spanish Lake where many minorities lives. Many small kids just play like regular bcus they are familiar with the area. They may not have a skate board but run up and down the ramps and balance on them.its not a bad park.   the pump track is great and the ramps are well maintained in all good for skateboarding
