  Really well designed Ditch spot. The water run-off section has some really good shape that you probably would never skate in the wild. The "park" feeds in to a shallow banked ditch thats reminiscent of vintage DIY spots. Check it out if youre in the area

  This place is kinda dope. The trees, adjacent swimming pool made from shipping containers, and drainage ditch with a two-block bank-to-curb makes for a great mix of creative features. You will be a better skater if you can rip this place. On-site porta-jon is kept in excellent condition with a hand washing station. Not really a skatepark, but that’s why I love to skate it.

  Don’t listen to the other guy, it’s perfectly skatable. I wouldn’t really call this a park as much as I would a purpose built street spot though. There’s no metal coping so be careful with grinds. Treat this like you would a street spot.
