  This spot works well for roller skating warm ups, trying out new tricks, practicing stops, and banking. Maybe it’s not ideal for skateboarding but works perfectly for quad skates. It’s hidden and not busy so just right if you want the park all to yourself.

  It would be better to call this a skate spot. It's not big enough to call it a skate park. Pictures below show the entire "park." It's super small. Decent if you wanna skate a box or a super small mini ramp.
