  It's fine. With the skatepark being so close to a playground, kiddos will often just wander around, getting right in the way while people are trying to skate/bike.

  Good spot for bmx, skateboarding, scooter. Only problem is that it is very close to the kids playground meaning that kids frequently start running around the skatepark.
