  Solid park. Smooth concrete. It would be better if the area directly surrounding the park were paved instead of dirt. Needs more standing room while you wait for your turn. On that note, scooter kids will snake you all day here. (Snake = not wait their turn)

  This spot is just down the street from my house and it looks incredible. We went there and it started pouring rain so I didn't get to skate it. But this looks like it might be one of the best parks around Lynnwood or for the rest, like 20 miles to go to Seattle. I don't think you're going to find a more fun little Street park.
