  Always full of trash, so much graffiti, all the ramps are falling apart, kids keep ripping down the fences & ppl let their dogs go to the bathroom in there & don't clean it up...smdh

  My oldest son loves to skate, bike, and scoot and POPS is one of our favorite haunts. Just challenging enough for all expertise.
