  Awesome skatepark for all levels. Very smooth with good transitions with many different variations of height and slopes. It's a tight spot, but very easy to navigate.   Great park, not so great locals. Phase 1 is a mixed bag. The large open bowl has a great transition, but the ledge almost has an upward curve to it and is definitely higher on one end.
