  Great setup, semi-steep bowls, and a nice flow. Cement park, lots of parking, and right near the beach! 😎

  The bowls are kinda tight, the transition in general is a bit sketchy, but there are good hips, smooth ground, nice street skateability, along with some pretty interesting twists and turns that makes up for a park that shapes up for bowl skaters and street skaters alike.
