  Horrible place.... This Major has to resign! Lots of homeless people live in this park, lot of garbage, dirt, bad smell. Wonder where did TAX Dollars go? Shame Salem,OR...

  Nice park. Nice place for some of the unhoused to camp temporarily. Its a decent public space that offers them accessibility and some small safety.
