  Good for a DIY. It was wet when I went. But wooden ramps were left in the pools of water. So at least one is iffy AF. Metal and concrete are fine. BMX action is more limited, but skating should be all inclusive. I rode a bike for about 30 min before packing it in. I left a sticker. Big up from Florida.

  Had lots of obstacles that I felt comfortable using. Has some very unique obstacles, too. There was some crud on the ground but it wasn't bad. The concrete is pretty rough in some spots
