  I read some of the other reviews that weren't as positive. I'm not sure what they expect with a low entry fee. Any warehouse space in Baltimore of this size isn't cheap and to keep it affordable you can't expect the Ritz!   Mr Jeff is a great skateboard instructor. The facility itself is tip notch. My toddler (soon to be 3 yes old) takes lessons there and the big kids ans adults are very courteous to him. Will schedule a birthday party there.

  It is an awesome place if you set your own expectations right. You want to find a place to get to the next level of skills be it skateboard , box, scooter this is it. However if you are looking for a comfortable place where you can lounge while kids are in action , it’s. Not the place for you. It’s for the doers.
