  Great facility. Park is right on the water which makes for a cool atmosphere. The crowd was very friendly. The vert ramp was the highlight of the park. Smooth riding and even provided a brook for the pine needles and sticks that WILL lock your wheels. The paved section was rough and I found it hard to keep speed.   Facility looks great but both gates were chained and locked with no signage to indicate why. (Before you say anything we went well within park hours - 10 AM)
