  Nice, quiet spot with minimal amount of ramps but great for the entry level skaters and riders. Myself personally use this as my warm up park as it is low impact and easy transition. Also has a couple of rail options and a decent amount of room for any flat ground tricks. Nice hidden gem that's usually empty!
