  The town of Placerville has a really neat skate park. Joe’s Skate Park, named after Joe Stancil Senior. It’s located between the El Dorado County fairgrounds and Placerville Speedway. The Speedway parking lot is shared with the skate park. The park is free to use and open everyday from 8 am until the sun goes down. It has the variety of ramps, bowls, ledges, and straight aways.
