  Flat ground basics to practice ledge tricks and slappies. The ground is a strange slippery coat that was poured on top of existing cement, but it’s not too bad. Shady trees nearby. They added a little pump track in the grass next to the skate park to warm your legs up.

  Great for older skaters like me who just wanna skate curbs and low manny pads. Lots of flat ground. Not too crowded when I went a Saturday morning. Non intimidating, casual vibe
