  Interesting park. Lots of long downs. Coping is very small 1.5 inch or so. Parts are waxed and the rest grinds fine. Definitely for the more skilled skater unless you just want to roll around the features. If you’re looking to practice down ledges this is the post. The small bowl washes into the greater park.   Good skatepark, with a variety of features. Rules state no bikes but often see bikes being used (OK by us). Near the BART station. During school hours, the park is closed. Understandable, but when we are visiting from out of town on a different schedule it's a little inconvenient.

  The only reason to go to this skatepark is to be blown away by the fact that Dan Drehobl did a rock fakie on one of the pillars.
