  The grounds keepers Spanish fella came around often. At 730 while I was talking a break from skating. Informs me the parks closed at 845. And continues to circle my van . Giving me grief. To see my dog and tell me no dogs. And implying I must leave... Watched me load the dog up and skateboard. Acting to drive away to stop and stare some more... Hundreds of people…
