  another town was taken advantage of by Artisan skatepark builders. concrete is wavy and not smooth especially on transitions just like the rest of their parks. there is nothing there for beginners, ledges are too tall for beginners, no pyramid corner, no flat rail. Poor design by Pillar design studios again. They build parks for people who are already established in skating, biking, scooter, roller skates. A beginner can roll…
