New blacktop and ARC ramps as of Nov 20. Good place for beginners and learning. Flat bars are pretty tall.

Not a good skatepark. The asphalt is super rough, legs go numb on a board from the vibration. The cracks with weeds are horrific and the lips to the verts are massive. Not safe for beginners or skateboarding in general.
