  Helmets required for consenting adults is ridiculous. Why even build a skatepark? I’ve been skateboarding for 20 years and to have an old man patrolling the park telling me I can’t use it for its intended purpose is absolutely stupid, frankly. Waste of space and taxpayer money, why not just build a playground if no adults who actually skateboard won’t be using it? Would hope to see a rule change…

  I went to this park in mid July 2026. There is no charge to use the park. When I arrived at opening the attendant working the front booth was very friendly. I told him it was my first time at the park and he told me that all I needed to skate the park was a helmet. Because I was wearing long pants and long sleeves, my knees and elbows…

  place is ridiculous. First off, pads and helmet required is stupid, maybe for little kids it would be understandable but for anyone over the age of 13 is absurd. Secondly, the amount of small children. i can understand why they would be here but they dont pay attention to their surroundings. by the end of the night there was like 6 kids running around and skating, snaking everyone.
