  Parking available, okay playground, on a busy street. Teens friendly. Saw younger and older kids, amateur skateboarding, more expert level, people with remote control cats, kids on scooters. Everyone got along and patient with each other. My question for Cedar Rapids Parks and Rec Department: where are the trash cans??? I looked and looked. Lots of bottles, etc around bench areas. Some broken beer bottles that need to cleaned up…

  I love this place for my 11 yr old son. This time however, there were 3 young boys on bikes that came around after about 45 minutes of us being there. They were fine at first, but I could tell by their actions and foul language that they were up to something.
