  This skatepark used to be cool from the day it opened until the parks department took down the ramps and put in recycled jungle gym parts. This park has the old LES obstacles which is cool but alot of those were just put there in kind of awkwardly and without regards to actual flow. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE REBUILT!   Park was awesome when it had ramps and the bowls, not everyone can grind. No fun for my kids. The skate park is rarely used these days, most times sits unoccupied, as I see when I take the kids to the adjoining light house playground. Skatepark used to be packed with kids on scooters bikes and skateboards. Shame the city was scared of the liability.
