  Google maps has this one listed as a 'Youth Skatepark' but from what I can tell it wasn't age limited or anything. Helmets and pads are not enforced. The hours on Google differ from that on the city website. I arrived at 1pm on a Monday and it was open, even though Google maps said it opens at 1.30.   Old construction and the ground is lopsided. But there are lights and you can get really good at skating two stairs and flat ledges.

  I like it, but the only thing is that it does not clean, there is a lot of garbage. the rest is fantastic.
