  Cool skating area. There is also another spot further up that says skate park. Not sure if it was there before but there are a few cement jumps.

  What a fun spot. I brought my kids here on a slightly rainy day and there was no one there. We could ride our bikes and there was several or child level bumps/dips/etc. I wouldn't go with Littles during busy times though as its very very crazy.

  Location is perfect! The view of Lake Champlain is beautiful, and parking is cheap! The weekends are a bit more tricky, but unless there is something going on at the waterfront, it's manageable. Free fun with access to the bike path as well. I highly recommend.
