  Pretty nice skate park z looks like it's well maintained and kept clean. No cracked or broken concrete, most of the graffiti has been covered over, and the surface is in good shape.   Nice small park with decently smooth ground. Mostly transition with a couple park obstacles. 9ft and 3ft bowl with real coping, smaller transition with metal coping. Hazards include close quarters and little scooter kids.
